At Goodiz From Dubai, we provide a specialized service enabling customers in Sri Lanka to order products from UAE supermarkets and have them shipped to Sri Lanka. We also offer a selection of products through our online shop that are already available in our Sri Lanka store. Monthly Shipping Cycle

We operate on a monthly shipping schedule from the UAE to Sri Lanka. This allows us to consolidate orders, optimize shipping costs, and provide you with a reliable delivery timeframe.

Each month, our shipping cycle follows these key dates:

  • Order Cutoff Date: 15th of each month – Last day to place orders for inclusion in the current month’s shipment
  • Payment Deadline: 20th of same month – All payments must be completed by this date
  • Procurement Period: Between order cutoff and shipment departure – We purchase your requested items from UAE supermarkets
  • Shipment Departure: End of the – Consolidated shipment leaves UAE
  • Estimated Arrival: 4-6 weeks from departure date – Shipment arrives in Sri Lanka

The exact dates for upcoming shipments are always displayed on our website and may be adjusted for holidays or other logistical factors with advance notice.

 

Shipping Timeframes

Processing Time

  • UAE Supermarket Orders: 7-10 days for procurement after payment is received
  • Online Shop Orders (items already in Sri Lanka): 1-2 business days

 

Transit Time

  • UAE to Sri Lanka: 4-6 weeks from the date of departure from UAE
  • This timeframe includes:
    • Sea freight transit: 3-4 weeks
    • Customs clearance: 3-7 days
    • Local processing: 2-3 days

 

Delivery Time

After your shipment arrives in Sri Lanka:

  • Self-Collection: Available within 2-3 business days after arrival
  • Local Delivery: 3-5 business days after arrival for Colombo and suburban areas
